About unite 2030: Kick out discrimination

Our flagship program, UNITE 2030 is a gathering young leaders where participants spend two days ideating, planning, and developing a new and innovative solution to a particular global challenge, in this case, Discrimination in Sport. Throughout the weekend, you will work with a team of strangers from all over the world (soon to become friends!) to put your solution into an Action Plan. Your solutions are then pitched to a panel of world-class judges for the opportunity to win the UNITE 2030 Challenge. One team will win, but the lessons and connections you will build in the meantime will last a lifetime.

During UNITE 2030: Kick Out Discrimination, delegates will be “hacking” a solution to issues relating to discrimination in sport across the world, at varying levels of sport. Discrimination in sport exists at all levels, across all areas - race, sex, religion, gender, economic, age, ability etc. By promoting and taking action to promote inclusion in sport, we can build up the next generation of young leaders who will be ready to use their leadership potential to better the world.
